• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items damaged by customer misuse

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible
5. Ship the item back to our address

6. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Our Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to:

• Wrong item shipped
